Can I order in bulk/wholesale?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-4 days. If you would like to receive your products sooner you can select Express shipping (1-2 days) when checking out at an additional fee.
Where can I find the tracking information for my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the shipping details.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment provider, Yoco.
How long does a refund take to be credited back to me?
We process your refund requests immediately after receiving back your return. Depending on your payment method or your bank’s policies, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days for your refund to be credited back to you.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and you’ll be refunded the total amount. Contact us at info@chalksea.co.za to log the return.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is R90 for orders under R500 and free if you spend over R500.
Express shipping is R150 for orders under R500 and R60 for order over R500.

Chalk Markers
Which surfaces can I use my chalk markers on ?
Our chalk markers work great on non-porous surfaces such as whiteboards, glass , plastics , ceramics and non-porous chalkboards. They still work on porous surface such as paper, concrete, cardboard & wood but will be permanent on these surfaces.
Are the markers safe for children?
Yes , our chalk markers are non-toxic and child friendly . They are safe for children 3 and above .
How do I use my chalk markers?
Start by shaking the marker with the cap on for 30 seconds. Lightly press the tip down multiple times untill the ink starts flowing. Push down lightly when you need extra ink.
